At Kai Birds, we’re committed to helping you create more cherished moments with your feathered friend. That’s why we’re excited to offer our Basic Harness Training Program! For $100, plus the cost of the Aviator harness, we will introduce your baby bird to harness training when reserved under 3 weeks old. With consistent, gentle practice, your bird will be ready to join you on everyday adventures by the time they are weaned. An early start is key to success as this skill demands prolonged, almost daily training before your baby is ready to fly home.
Introducing your baby bird to harness training is a wonderful way to build trust, enrich their life, and create safe outdoor adventures together! Starting young allows your bird to become comfortable with the harness, ensuring they are at ease wearing it as they grow. Our handraised babies are gently introduced to the harness in a positive, stress-free environment, making the process smooth and enjoyable for them.
