About Kai Birds

All my birds are beloved family members that share the same life, space, and routine with me — day in and day out! They all have names and individual personalities. They are NOT just breeding birds.

I do my absolute best to accommodate the natural needs these wonderful creatures have in the wild. I provide a healthy diet with plenty of fresh foods, full flight capabilities outside of their enclosures, foraging, and most importantly human interaction!

I deeply care about my birds' babies and stand behind them for life. I use all my knowledge to raise tame, loving, healthy, forever companions that love being with their people! I also spend a lot of energy teaching humans how to care for and behave around their birds; it's a two-way street! I get to know future families to learn about the bird home environment, provide advice, and check that my beloved youngsters are received by responsible and caring people.
